A tournament operations tool—not a wagering service.
These terms cover the current free, local-first version of PokerTimer Next and its public poker calculators.
Effective 16 July 2026Permitted use
You may use the product to plan and operate lawful poker tournaments, calculate structures and payouts, and display tournament information. You are responsible for complying with the laws, venue rules, licences, age restrictions, and tax obligations that apply where you operate.
No gambling funds or custody
PokerTimer Next records numbers supplied by the host. It does not take bets, hold entry money, transfer prizes, determine legal eligibility, or act as a casino, payment processor, or financial adviser.
Host responsibility
The host remains responsible for verifying blind schedules, player counts, entries, rebuys, add-ons, payouts, and final results. Export important tournament setups before clearing browser storage or changing devices.
Availability
The current product is supplied without a service-level guarantee. Browser, device, power, display, and network failures can occur. The absolute-timestamp clock, local persistence, wake lock, and exports reduce risk but do not replace normal event contingency planning.
Acceptable conduct
Do not misuse the forms, attempt to disrupt the service, upload malicious files, infringe intellectual property, or use the product to facilitate unlawful activity.
Future paid services
Accounts, cloud synchronization, subscriptions, clubs, and venue services will require additional commercial terms before launch. Material changes will be published with a new effective date.
